Vacation Bible School

Grace has offered a Vacation Bible School for young people, children and families every summer since 2004.

It’s a little different from what you might expect; each summer’s school undertakes “A Holy Pilgrimage through the DMV (District, Maryland, Virginia),” comprising a series of outings to places of religious significance.

Children’s Ministries Coordinator Jacqueline Walters, in consultation with parents, older children and child care personnel, plans and oversees each year’s journey of faith. Sunday classes reflect the traditions and teachings of each place the school visits.
